Returns + exchanges:
All shoes need to be tried on a soft carpet and soles may not be damaged.
Copini bvba, accepts returns within 10 working days once you’ve received the package. In Belgium, returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. Return requests will not be accepted after this period.
Shoes can only be returned if the sole of the shoes are undamaged. Shoes cannot be dirty or being used. Copini bvba reserves the right not taking back the shoes nor reimburse them. Undamaged in this case means no dirt on the shoes, nor on the sole of the shoes. Damaged returns will not be accepted and your refund will be withheld. Complaints are only accepted if they have been sent by registered letter within 14 days after delivery. Return costs are at the customers own expense.
The goods need to be returned in their original packaging and complete. Complete means containing all parts of the item, such as original box, shoes, dustbag, wrapping paper, cards. The boxes need to be complete without stickers and damages.
Once we have received the returned item, we will refund your money within 5 working days.
Force majeure
In case of Force Majeure, Copini bvba obligations will be suspended. The contract between the consumer and Copini bvba can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Copini bvba. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, Copini bvba will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
Governing law
The agreement between copini bvba and the consumer, the use of the webshop and the relationship between copini bvba and any third parties will be governed by the Belgian law. The courts of Antwerp will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under the agreement between copini bvba and the consumer, the use of the webshop and the relationship between Copini bvba and any third parties.
